Current Job Openings
1. Pickleball Coach
We are seeking experienced and engaging pickleball coaches to provide high-quality coaching sessions and clinics for players at varying skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions appropriate for the skill level of participants
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all players
- Assist with organizing and leading pickleball clinics and events
- Collaborate with other coaches and Pickleball ELF team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pickleball coach or a strong background in coaching other racquet sports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for sharing the game of pickleball with others
- USAPA or IPTPA coaching certification is a plus, but not required
2. Event Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented event coordinator to help plan and execute our pickleball events, from local tournaments to larger community gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing pickleball events of various sizes
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management
- Promote events through online channels and partnerships with local organizations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the sport of pickleball is preferred, but not required
